The company primarily focused during this period on design and supply of industrial & commercial properties (turnkey projects) - affording Evert the opportunity to gain valuable experience across the entire lifecycle of a project. His experience and the vast knowledge accumulated over the years inspired the formulation of his own turnkey company - in September 2003 Integrated Solutions was born.

Evert completed his Baccalaureus degree in Construction Management (cum laude) in 1996 at Cape Technikon and received the Thomas Pattullo Gold Medal for outstanding merit in the B. tech Construction Management course. He was employed at Neil Muller Construction from 1997 until August 2003. During that time he held the following positions and responsibilities: site manager, assistant quantity surveyor, buying department, planning and research & development.

Hazel completed the Baccalaureus degree in Quantity Surveying in 1999 at the Cape Technikon. She held the position of assistant quantity surveyor and then quantity surveyor at Grinaker/LTA from 1999 until 2002. Her site based training in quantity surveying has afforded her invaluable insight into the cost control process both on traditional and construction management contracts. In September 2003 Hazel and Evert founded Integrated Solutions.

Botha Pretorius has a degree in Architecture and has studied project management at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He joined Integrated Solutions in October 2015 to fulfill the role of Project Coordinator. His experience across the full range of construction management stages includes conceptual design, design development, technical documentation and detailing, site administration, and quality control. He has been involved in a wide range of projects including Estée Lauder retail and Sifiso House office refurbishment. Botha’s main focus in the project management process is on managing the project programme, construction documentation, contract administration and services co-ordination.

Kenneth Micheal Spencer studied at Pretoria Technikon and joined Integrated Solutions in May 2015. His 40 years of experience is mainly site supervision and administration. He has been involved in a wide range of projects including civil works and large construction projects. Since joining Integrated Solutions Ken has been involved at The Beacon Isle Hotel in Plettenberg Bay and CampusKey student living in Port Elizabeth. His main focus is site supervision and administration.

Grant Woodiwiss joined Integrated Solutions in July 2007. He has predominantly been involved in construction documentation and management, site supervision but also has experience in design development and the project close out stages. His experience is mainly hotel refurbishment, but he has worked on office relocations and refurbishment, boutique store upgrades and also worked on student living in Potchefstroom. Grant is registered with SACPCMP as a candidate.

Mecarla Lewis started out in the administration field and found herself naturally gravitating towards the finance field where she had 11 years’ experience before joining Integrated Solutions in 2013 as the Financial Assistant in charge of Accounting. Currently she is the Office Manager as well as managing the administration team, assisting in project cost control and assistant to the Financial Director.
